Carry out certain profiling of you and your activity on the Website in order to personalize, measure, and improve our marketing and to send you more relevant marketing communications.  We will process your personal information to undertake marketing activities to offer you products or services that may be of your interest. You can always opt out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each of our marketing communications.

  3. We use, store, and process the information to carry out the recruitment process in order to take steps to possibly enter a contract and for future job opportunities.

If you would like to request a copy of the personal information you should contact our Data Protection Officer. C. RIGHT TO OBJECT. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data which is processed based on our legitimate interests. However, we may continue to process your personal data, despite your objection, where there are compelling legitimate grounds to do so or we need to process your personal data in connection with any legal claims. Your request will be looked at and where we can comply with the request we will, if we take the decision not to comply with the request, we will explain this to you in writing.

D. RIGHT TO ERASURE. You have the right to have your personal information erased, if:

  1. The personal information is no longer necessary for the purpose which we originally collected or processed it for;

  2. You gave your consent to the processing in the first place and you withdraw your consent and we have no other legal basis to rely upon to process the information;

    Your request will be looked at and where we can erase the personal information requested. However, this right only applies in certain circumstances; it is not a guaranteed or absolute right. If, however, we take the decision not to comply with the request as we have a lawful basis to continue the processing, we will explain this to you in writing.

E. RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION. You can request us to rectify and correct any personal information we hold about you. If, however, we take the decision not to make the change you have requested, we will explain this to you in writing.

F. RIGHT TO RESTRICT PROCESSING. You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. Where we suspend our processing of your personal data, we will still be permitted to store your personal data, but any other processing of this information will require your consent, subject to certain exemptions. Your request will be looked at and where we can comply with the request we will and for the duration of the restriction time scale you have indicated, if however, we take the decision not to comply with the request, we will explain this to you in writing.

G. RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY. The right to data portability allows you to obtain the personal data that you have provided to us with your consent or which was necessary for us to provide you with our products and services in a format that enables you to transfer that personal data to another organisation. You may opt-out of marketing communications by visiting your account page and un-ticking the received communications from our box or by contacting us via the relevant services.
